Admissions Procedures

1. Completion of online admissions application.  Meeting with administrator.  Tour of school. 


2. Testing of student by school staff or teacher if needed.


3. Acceptance decision with parental contract.


4. Completion of online application including: 

  • Immunization Records

  • Transfer of Records Authorization

  • Authorization to Administer Prescribed Medication

  • Promotional Release

  • Emergency Form

  • Annual Consent Form

  • Students Profile Information Sheet


 5. Payment of initial fees.
