For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.
LCA Healthcare Occupations
At Lighthouse Christian Academy we are dedicated to quality Christion education. The healthcare occupation program will continue this tradition by training up the next generation of healthcare workers to minister to God’s people through high-quality medical training. Students will need to successfully complete the CNA/GNA course curriculum and lab simulation, prior to their 40 hours clinical training in one of two nursing homes in our area.

Healthcare Occupations Simulation Lab Dedication
Linda Santmyire was a registered nurse and a licensed minister with the Assembly of God church. In addition to ser ing as a local nurse, she was a Sunday school teacher and women’s ministry leader; she also taught health and hygiene classes at LCA. Linda embodied the true spirit of nursing and was an inspiration to many others in the healthcare field. She cared for everyone she met with a love that can only come from a heart surrendered to Christ. Her kindness and caring has left an indelible mark on Lighthouse Christian Academy. We dedicate our Healthcare Occupations Simulation Lab in loving memory of Linda Santmyire RN.
